Financial Controller / Senior FP&A (m/f/x)

Job description

  • You prepare financial reports (group level, company, profit centre) and financial performance of centres
  • You create presentations, dashboards and review financial reports for various management meetings
  • You analyse financial data, trends and KPIs and implement countermeasures to achieve targets
  • You prepare and control of the annual strategic planning including budget planning and financial forecasts
  • You take over liquidity management together with the Group Treasury department
  • You play an active role in M&A operations in collaboration with Group team and local Comex members
  • You further develop the integrated controlling systems with relevant KPIs
  • You develop plans for financial growth
  • You support the tracking and optimisation of subsidies

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting or equivalent and 5+ years of proven experience in FP&A / financial controlling
  • You have financial modelling/ Excel skills (including but not limited Power BI, VBA or Macro Skills) and good knowledge of MS PowerPoint
  • You bring good presentation and communication skills, fluent business English and German B2 or better
  • You are pragmatic and able to solve new and complex problems with agility and speed
  • You have a structured way of working and excellent interpersonal skills
  • You are proficient in accounting/controlling systems i.e. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or BOARD
  • You bring proven analytical and critical thinking skills
