HR Controlling Analyst (m/f/x)
Purpose of the Role
In this role, you support workforce planning, personnel cost controlling, and HR KPI reporting through accurate data analysis, insightful reporting, and reliable planning models. You help turn HR data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and contribute to effective workforce management.
Your future area of responsibility
- You prepare and maintain monthly HR KPI dashboards and reporting, including headcount, FTE, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and productivity metrics
- You analyze personnel costs, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, and overtime, and identify key variances and cost drivers
- You maintain FTE forecasts and workforce planning models, tracking hires, exits, promotions, and transfers
- You support annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly business reviews with relevant HR data and insights
- You ensure high data quality and provide clear, timely reporting to HR and business stakeholders

Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- You have gained first professional experience in HR controlling, human resources, or controlling, preferably in a decentralized organization
- Ideally, you have experience in or a good understanding of the specific characteristics of the education, childcare, or social services sector
- You have a strong analytical and structured approach to work, work independently, and are confident using standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- You have excellent communication and consulting skills and a confident, professional manner at all levels of the organization
- You have very good written and spoken English, German skills is a plus
Our offer
- A competitive salary between € 55,000 and € 60,000 gross per year, depending on your qualifications and professional experience
- A permanent employment contract with 30 days´ holiday plus two days off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve
