Junior Controller / FP&A Analyst (m/f/x)
Job description
- You independently prepare the monthly management reporting and its ongoing development (group level, company, profit center) as well as presentation and discussion in management meetings.
- You comprehensively analyze the business and other target variables and develop suitable measures to achieve targets.
- You support in annual strategic planning, including budget planning with transfer to monthly target-actual comparisons.
- You prepare special business and statistical evaluations as well as analyses for the management.
- You further expansion of a controlling system with relevant key figures and analysis options.
- You participate in monthly and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS).
- Responsible cooperation in the tracking and optimisation of public subsidies.
- You support regional managers and business units in monitoring performance.
- You provide the business insights resulting from financial plans and analysis of operating results as a financial business partner.
- You will prepare scenario analyses and feasibility studies to support the decision-making process of Management Board members (COMEX) and the development of the company.
Your profile
- After completing your studies in the commercial sector, preferably with an additional qualification, you can already demonstrate initial professional experience in controlling, e.g. in the social sector or in stationary retail.
- International work experience is an advantage, business fluent English is required for working with other areas of the Babilou Group and German (level B2 or better)
- You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a structured way of working.
- You have strong communication skills and good methodological and presentation skills.
- You have a structured way of working and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You have very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint rounds off your profile.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage but not a requirement.
